- PayPal handles your payment details. We never see your card number.

1. Who is responsible
ZAWA Music Inc., Penticton, British Columbia, Canada, is responsible for your personal information. Our privacy contact is Joshua Zawaduk, zawamusicinc@gmail.com. This policy follows British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and, where it applies, Canada's PIPEDA.
2. What we collect
Your name, email, project details and the track you want, when you fill in a request or email us.,Your PayPal transaction details, such as name, email, order ID and amount, when you pay.,Records of your order: the terms version you accepted, your licence certificate and the delivery email.,Details of any claim or support request you send us.
3. Why we use it
To take payment, deliver your files, issue your licence certificate, answer questions, release claims, keep tax and accounting records, and meet legal duties. We ask for your consent where the law requires it. We do not use your information for anything unrelated.
4. Who sees it
PayPal, which processes your payment under its own privacy statement.,Our email provider and file-storage provider, which hold messages and files for us.,Our accountant and tax authorities, where the law requires it.,A distributor, platform or claimant, only to the extent needed to release a claim you asked us about.
We do not sell your personal information. Some of these services store data in Canada, the United States or other countries, so your information may be handled outside your own province or country.
5. Cookies and third-party content
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you open a track, a Spotify player may load. When a page loads, fonts may load from Google Fonts. Those services may receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own policies.
6. Email
We email you about your order and your licence because you asked for them. We will send marketing email only if you ask for it, and every marketing email will have an unsubscribe link, our name and our mailing address.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order, tax and licence records for at least six years, because tax law and licence proof require it. Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed.
8. Security
We use passwords and access limits on the accounts that hold your information. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw your consent, subject to what the law requires us to keep. Email zawamusicinc@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you may have further rights, and we will honour them where they apply.
You may also complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
